This Privacy Policy explains how Style Studio AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Style Studio AI mobile application (the "App").

Information we collect

• Photos you choose or take. When you select a selfie or take a photo, the App uploads it to our servers to generate results. If you use a reference workflow, we also process the reference photo you select.
• Generated outputs. The App generates preview and HD images and stores them temporarily so you can view, save, or share them.
• Usage and diagnostics. We collect basic identifiers and diagnostics such as an install identifier, request ids, timestamps, device language, and error messages.
• Account info (optional). If you sign in with Apple, we store a user identifier so your credits can sync across devices.
• Feedback. If you send feedback or report an output, we store the message plus basic context (no intentional collection of sensitive personal data).

In-app permission before AI processing

Before your first AI generation, the App asks for your permission to send your selected photo, optional reference photo, and any prompt text to our AI processing stack. If you do not agree, the App does not start generation.

How we use information

• Provide the App features (uploading, generating previews/HD, saving and sharing).
• Prevent abuse and protect our systems (rate limiting, fraud prevention).
• Improve reliability and user experience (debugging, performance monitoring).
• Operate purchases and credits (granting, spending, syncing across devices when signed in).

Third-party services

We use third-party providers to process and deliver parts of the service. For image generation, we currently send the selected photo, optional reference photo, prompt text, and minimal request metadata to Replicate, our third-party AI processing provider, so it can generate the requested output for us. Generated results are returned to our servers so we can display, save, and share them in the App.

We only share this data with service providers that are required to use it to deliver the requested feature and to protect it with privacy and security safeguards comparable to the protections described in this policy.

Data retention

• Uploads are stored temporarily (typically up to 2 days).
• Generated outputs are stored temporarily (typically up to 30 days).
• Feedback records are retained for a limited time (typically up to 30 days).

Retention may change as we improve the service and compliance.

Your choices

• You can stop using the App at any time.
• If you signed in, you can delete your account from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete account).

Children

The App is not intended for children under 13.
