These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Style Studio AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

• You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and any prompts you submit.
• You agree not to misuse the App (for example: illegal content, attempts to bypass limits, or abuse).

AI outputs

The App uses automated systems to generate images. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or undesirable. You are responsible for how you use outputs.

Purchases and credits

• Some features require credits.
• Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store In-App Purchases).
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable, except as allowed in the App (sync across devices).

Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services to deliver some features. For image generation, the App currently uses Replicate as its AI processing provider. If you choose to generate a result, your selected photo, optional reference photo, and prompt text may be sent to that provider to perform the requested processing. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the service. If you signed in, you can delete your account in the App.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
